Start with the land record you need

Ukraine’s State Land Cadastre holds information about land parcels. Decide whether you need cadastral information, a parcel extract, normative monetary valuation information or a change to an existing record. A general search for the cadastre does not identify the correct administrative application.

Parcel identifiers and ownership records

A cadastral number identifies a particular parcel. Compare the complete identifier with the documents for that land. Registering a parcel in the cadastre and registering a property right serve different purposes. For an ownership or encumbrance question, follow the relevant State Register of Property Rights procedure rather than relying on a map view.

Finding the official electronic service

Use the catalogue at e.land.gov.ua. It distinguishes services for members of the public, public authorities and certified engineers. Some actions require authentication or professional authority. A service designed for a certified land surveyor is not evidence that every applicant can register a parcel directly.

Applications requiring processing by a cadastral registrar for objects in designated areas of hostilities or occupation may be affected by access restrictions. Check the official service’s current conditions before applying.

Map access and formal documents

The public cadastral map is a viewing tool. A page loading error does not establish that a parcel is missing from the cadastre. For a documentary result, select a parcel extract, valuation information or another specified document. If using a CNAP, confirm that the chosen office accepts that particular application.

Check the parcel number, requested result, applicant details and current payment conditions. Keep the application reference and any original electronic document received. Use the separate property rights registration guide when the task concerns a registered right.
