Decide what the visit needs to achieve
Before looking for an available appointment, identify whether you need to submit an application, collect a document, update information or seek a consultation. These may be different booking categories. Ask an administrator if the correct option is unclear. Do not select an unrelated service simply because it has a free slot. That appointment may involve a different officer or equipment, making the intended procedure unavailable during the visit. A short clarification helps create a workable plan.
Confirm the branch and address
A centre can have a main office, territorial branches and remote workstations with different services and schedules. Match the branch name to the address in the booking confirmation and check the relevant specialist's availability. An opening-hours status is calculated from the schedule; it does not establish that there is no technical interruption or special arrangement that day. Before a long journey, consult current official notices or contact the institution.
Use the chosen centre's queue
Some CNAPs use the state electronic queue, while others use a local system or different admission arrangements. The Migration Service queue does not book every CNAP nationwide. Follow the particular branch's official channel, select the location, service, date and time, and complete the required identification. If no slots are shown, ask when new ones appear and whether an alternative admission route exists. Missing slots in one service do not prove that the whole institution is closed.
Keep the instructions with the ticket
Save the reference, electronic confirmation and QR code where provided. Check whether arrival activation is required, how early to attend and how to cancel. Do not transfer a personal ticket to another person without checking the rules. For several family members, ask how many separate appointments are needed. Put the address and action in your calendar so that submission is not confused with collection. This is especially useful where nearby branches have similar names.
Use the current document requirements
Build a checklist of originals, additional evidence, payment and representation documents for your case. Mark unresolved questions separately. Confirm older payment details before using them. Compare names and dates across documents and ask about requirements for children or special circumstances. Advance clarification is more useful than expecting a missing document to be replaced by another procedure at the counter. If necessary, ask for the exact supporting document and the reason it is needed.
Plan the day of the appointment
Bring the documents, confirmation and contact phone, and check the route and entrance. Follow the institution's air-alert instructions. Read the application before signing, retain the submission acknowledgement and ask about the next step. If plans change, cancel through the prescribed route so someone else can use the slot. CNAPMAP provides branch information and official queue links. Its contact form does not create a ticket, reschedule an appointment or replace the centre's booking system.
Finding the correct contact number and opening hours
Choose the settlement and the actual office before checking reception hours or calling. Use that office’s official page to compare the address, enquiry number and public reception timetable. Staff working hours or another branch’s schedule may describe a different arrangement. Rivne’s official portal, for example, lists separate timetables for the main office and territorial points.
Selecting the right online appointment queue
Follow the booking route from the selected centre’s official website, then confirm the office, service, date and time. Calling an enquiry number does not itself reserve a slot: the municipal Rivne CNAP explicitly distinguishes telephone advice from online booking. Mykolaiv’s official district portal provides four separate booking links by office address. Keep the confirmation for the particular location you selected.
Is a CNAP open on Saturday?
Check Saturday arrangements for the particular office, service and date. If the directory has no confirmed Saturday hours, that alone does not establish that the office is closed. Confirm the timetable with the institution before booking or travelling.
The official page for Rivne’s CNAP at 2 Prosvity Square lists Saturday hours of 09:00–16:00. Those hours apply to that named office. Use the official Rivne booking page to choose a service, location and time.
For the department at 20 Admiralska Street in Mykolaiv, Saturday 09:00–16:00 is expressly a consultation period. Consultation hours do not establish that applications for every service are accepted. Check the required procedure on the official department page.
Find the office you need in the directory, then confirm its address, Saturday service availability and application route before making a reservation.
