Decide what you need to do online

An online service, an appointment, advice and a submission to an authority are different actions. Identify the document or decision first: registering a sole trader, obtaining a residence extract, applying for a subsidy or booking a passport visit. CNAPMAP helps you choose a route; government applications and authentication take place in the relevant official service.

On the Diia portal, open the particular service, read its conditions and follow that page’s sign-in link. Prepare the required evidence and identification or signature method. Signing in is not the same as submitting an application: check the submission acknowledgement and status.

Local CNAP accounts and appointment queues

Find the community and exact office in the catalogue, then follow the institution’s official website. A local account may offer appointments, correspondence or particular applications; check its capabilities for your service. An electronic queue ticket reserves a visit and does not itself apply for a document.

Do not create an account solely because a site has a similar name or appears in an advertisement. Check the service address against the link on the city, settlement or village council’s website. For a village-council service, check its published service card and the administrator’s powers. Every council or remote desk does not necessarily accept every application.

Advice, Ministry of Internal Affairs services and humanitarian aid

Telephone or online advice helps establish the required documents. A chat or Facebook message does not replace a prescribed application where identification, a particular form or an electronic signature is required. Find official social-media accounts through the authority’s website; do not send a passport copy to an unrelated profile.

For a driving licence or vehicle registration, check the MIA service and the local CNAP’s confirmed participation. A criminal-record extract uses a separate MIA or Diia route: MIA service centres do not issue it merely because it is an MIA document.

Humanitarian aid depends on the programme, organiser and eligible category. Ask the community’s official social department or named organiser about the applicable route. A CNAP consultation does not automatically award aid.

Making a complaint

Identify the institution, date, service, application number, disputed action or decision and requested remedy; attach available supporting evidence. For staff conduct or reception arrangements, use the official channel of the centre’s manager or establishing authority. To challenge a refusal or service decision, check the competent body and the administrative or court procedure applicable to that case.

The Government Contact Centre accepts online submissions to executive authorities and supports account-based tracking; 1545 is the government hotline. Such a submission does not replace a statutory appeal or court claim and does not automatically suspend the relevant filing deadline.

Finding CNAP jobs

Use the recruitment section of the council or authority that established the centre. For example, the Mykolaiv City Council vacancies page publishes individual notices, including those of its administrative-services department. Check the date, position, requirements and application method. An existing vacancies section does not establish that a particular job remains open.

Official CNAP websites for Dnipro and Kyiv

Dnipro CNAP’s official website provided a service catalogue and a separate online queue. Select the action and location through the official interface. A city portal’s name does not establish identical service availability at every remote desk.

For Kyiv, the verified official portal is kyivcnap.gov.ua. It separately provides service-centre pages and advance registration, with its own link to the personal account. Find the relevant office on kyivcnap.gov.ua and choose its application channel. Check the district page for the correct email address.

An institutional mailbox is not an appointment

The Kyiv portal displayed [email protected] as its general information mailbox when checked. Its district-centre pages published:

These are contacts for the respective organisations. They do not confirm a particular service or every branch’s opening hours. Emailing does not replace a queue ticket or an application requiring a prescribed form, identification and signature. Before sending documents, compare the address with the current official page and your service’s submission rules. CNAPMAP does not accept government applications on these institutions’ behalf.
