Fee

Standard registration: 0.1 of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons on 1 January of the application year, rounded to the nearest UAH 10. Faster procedures have different fees; statutory exemptions apply.

Processing time

Standard processing is up to five working days. Faster options have separate conditions and fees; suspension or verification may affect the actual period.

Who can apply

The owner, acquirer or authorised representative. Documents depend on the basis of ownership, such as a contract, inheritance, a court ruling or new construction.

Documents to prepare

  • Application prepared by the registrar and the applicant’s identity document.
  • Title evidence: the relevant contract, inheritance certificate, court ruling or another document under Article 27 of the registration law.
  • Case-specific supporting documents under Procedure No. 1127; confirm the list before visiting.
  • Fee payment or exemption evidence and representative documents where applicable.

How to apply

  1. Explain how ownership arose and check the registrar’s authority and territorial restrictions.
  2. Submit the originals, sign the prepared application and keep its reference.
  3. After verification, receive the extract and check the property, owner and registered right.

What you receive

An entry in the State Register of Property Rights and an extract, or a reasoned refusal.

Possible grounds for refusal

  • The documents do not establish ownership or meet the requirements.
  • The claimed right conflicts with registered rights.
  • Applicant authority is unproven, or a statutory prohibition or restriction applies.

Before you apply

  • Land cadastral registration and ownership-right registration are separate procedures.
