Identify the community and the service
For a “CNAP Ukraine hotline” enquiry, first identify the city or community, office and action. A city network’s support service, an office’s direct line and a manager’s reception can perform different roles. Do not treat a local number as the contact for every Ukrainian CNAP.
Find the institution in the CNAP directory and follow its official source link. The full community name matters for places with the same name and relocated organisations.
Verified contact examples
Check operational notices before calling or travelling.
- Lviv: city CNAP network support +380 32 297 57 95, +380 93 297 57 95. The official city tourism portal, publication dated 6 September 2026, identifies them as support numbers. They serve the organisation’s network and are not separate direct lines for every remote office. Lviv centres.
- Mykolaiv, 20 Admiralska Street: +380 512 37 25 50, +380 512 37 34 37. The official department page, updated 25 August 2026, assigns these numbers to that address. Check Inhulskyi, Zavodskyi and Korabelnyi office contacts separately. Central office card.
- Oleksandriia, 59 Sobornyi Avenue: main office direct line +380 5235 7 12 51; organisation’s general line 0 800 40 44 45. The official contacts page repeats the general line for remote offices, so it does not identify one particular site. Main office card.
Prepare a precise telephone enquiry
Name the service and whether you need a first application, replacement, representative’s submission or collection. Ask whether the office accepts that application, which evidence is required, how to book and whether collection has separate hours. Confirm the date and reception arrangements, not just the building’s opening time.
For an existing application, have its number and date ready; provide personal details only through an official channel with appropriate verification. Advice about hours does not establish an award decision, document readiness or queue booking. Preparing and booking.
Enquiries and complaints
The Government Contact Centre identifies 1545 as the government hotline and provides an account service for submitting and tracking enquiries. This is a separate route for a question, request, proposal or complaint to an executive authority within its competence. It does not replace booking with a particular CNAP.
State the institution, date, problem and requested outcome, and keep the enquiry reference. When appealing an official service decision, check the appropriate body and administrative or court deadline separately: an ordinary consultation does not extend that deadline.
